Yoga lesson on the beach

An experience suitable for everyone – YOGA IS FOR EVERYONE.
With our instructor Rita we will meet on the beach in the warmth of the morning to start the day with a relaxing yoga practice accompanied by the sound of the sea waves. The instructor will adapt the practice according to the participants, so anyone can participate, even those who have never practised before!

What will we do

The Minibus team will have the mats ready for you in a semicircle around our instructor Rita on the shore of our beach at Le Lidò beach.
Yoga practices are among the best choices to enrich your holiday with relaxation and lightness. We will breathe slowly to connect with the sea and start the day with the right energy.
