Everything you need to know to better manage your booking
Offers are available only on a limited number of rooms and on some specific types. In addition, only guests who stay for the entire period booked can benefit from the offers.
For each room, up to a maximum of two children up to 18 years of age can take advantage of the offer of €1 per day, provided that there are at least two adults who pay the full rate.
The required deposit is 30% of the total and must be paid within 5 days of booking confirmation.
If the booking confirmation occurs less than 7 days before the check-in date, we kindly ask that the deposit payment be made by instant bank transfer and that the receipt be sent to the email address booking@severihotels.it
Until March 31, 2025, you will be able to change the dates of your reservation, subject to availability, maintaining the same discount percentages, provided that the following requirements are met:
- The new requested period must not be between August 2, 2025 and September 7, 2025, but must remain within the 2025 season
- The same number of nights must be maintained (or a number of nights that is a multiple of 7).
- The same room type must be confirmed, always subject to availability
Cancellation with more than 21 days notice:
For all cancellations made more than 21 days before the arrival date, the deposit paid will be fully refunded.
Cancellation within 21 days of the arrival date for stays of 7 consecutive days (or multiples of 7):
Per soggiorni settimanali (o multipli di 7 giorni) con arrivo e partenza nei giorni di sabato o domenica, se la cancellazione avviene nei 21 giorni prima dell’arrivo, è comunque possibile ottenere il rimborso completo fino all’ultimo giorno, fornendo un certificato medico che attesti un problema di salute di un membro della famiglia viaggiatrice come causa della cancellazione. In mancanza di certificato medico, la caparra sarà trattenuta come penale di recesso. (*)

- Note for ALL cancellations within 21 days of the arrival date: Following the official cancellation communication via email, the room will be immediately put back on sale by the sales office. If the room is re-rented, with a deposit, for a period and an amount equal to or greater than the cancelled stay, we will return the entire deposit via bank transfer.
In case of early departure, any offers and promotions applied will be cancelled. Adults will therefore pay the full rate crossed out price on the sales contract, while for children up to 18 years the following discounts will be applied: 40% as a third person and 60% as a fourth person (instead of the promotional rate of €1 per day).
As compensation for the damage caused by the early departure, compensation equal to the cost of the room (overnight stay only) is required for the days remaining until the end of the stay, up to a maximum of 3 days, in addition to the payment for all services already used.
For stays of less than 3 days, à la carte prices will be applied.
Severi Hotels is happy to welcome your 4-legged friends, with an additional cost of €5.00/day for room cleaning.
In case of damage caused by the animal to people, things, or to the structure, the owner is fully responsible and will have to provide compensation.
Daily room cleaning time may be in the afternoon.
Like all our guests, our 4-legged friends must respect the rest/silence hours imposed from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 10:30 pm to 7:30 am.
The ordinance of the municipality of Cervia allows dogs access to the beach from 06:00 to 08:00 and from 21:00 to 24:00; the dog must have a leash no longer than 1.50 m. and appropriate muzzle, with the possibility of bathing with the owner.
